Do we accept returns on prints?

• All sales are final as each print is custom made-to-order •

If for any reason your print is damaged during transit, within 10 days please reach out to us with photos showing the damage & shipping label to provide to the carrier, then we can arrange to re-send a replacement. Please hold the damaged items until the damage claim has been processed in case the shipper needs to retrieve it.

• All original works or commissioned art sales are final •

What if your print is lost or stolen?

In the event that your package is marked as "Delivered" but is not present at your doorstep, we kindly ask you to first verify the accuracy of the shipping address in your confirmation email. Regrettably, we are unable to provide complimentary replacements for print orders if the shipping address is incorrect.

In the event that a package cannot be successfully delivered and is consequently returned to our studio, we are pleased to re-ship it to you, albeit with an additional shipping fee.

It's important to note that we are unable to reprint any order without charge if it has not been delivered, or if it has been reported as lost or stolen.
